I believe that your marriage ceremony is not a one style and price fits all. My aim is to provide you with a beautifully worded and joyous ceremony to reflect the things that are important to you and to suit your budget. Outlined below are ceremony options you can choose from.
Personalised Ceremony This ceremony is worded to reflect the things that are meaningful to you, I work closely with you and your partner to share some of the special parts of your story - how you met and your hopes and dreams for the future. In addition to all of the legal elements your ceremony also includes your choice of poems and readings, your personal vows and a ring ceremony. If you like you can also include a variety of other optional inclusions such as a unity bowl, hand fasting ceremony (tie the knot after you say your vows), a sand ceremony or tree planting. Saturday $480 Monday to Friday and Sunday $400.
Legals Only ceremony This ceremony is perfect if you want to keep things a bit more relaxed with just a few family and friends, if you want to elope, or if you want your ceremony in a plane, a hot air balloon or on a boat at a wharf or pontoon. The ceremony includes your personal vows, a ring ceremony and of course the minimum wording which is required by law. The ceremony can be as straight forward as yourselves and your two witnesses. Saturday $400 Monday to Friday and Sunday $350.
Ceremony and Photography Package (available Monday - Friday) In addition to your Personalised or Legals Only Ceremony, for an additional $300 a great photographer will attend your ceremony and spend 1 hour with you to capture your special moments. Personalised Ceremony & Photography $700 Legals Only Ceremony & Photography $650.

Unlimited contact via phone/text/email to discuss your ceremony. It's your special day and I am committed to ensuring you are happy with your planned ceremony.
Initial Meeting to complete and witness your legal documentation and to plan your ceremony.
Wedding Information Pack which explains the process and the legal documentation. I will guide you step by step to ensure that the legally required documentation is completed within the necessary timeframes.
Writing your ceremony. I will listen carefully to your ideas and work closely with you to create your ceremony.
Catch up meeting 2 weeks prior to your ceremony (if required)
Supply of a Portable Wireless PA system
Supply of a signing table and two chairs (if required)
Performing your ceremony. On the day of your wedding I will arrive at your venue 30 minutes prior to your ceremony. I'll ensure that everything is ready and liaise with your other suppliers (photographer and venue co-ordinator for example).
At the completion of your ceremony I will give you your Presentation Marriage Certificate and a copy of your ceremony as a keepsake.
Preparation and lodgement of all legally required documentation. After your ceremony I will complete your documentation and lodge it with the relevant Births, Deaths and Marriages office.
Travel up to 50 km from the relevant city/town (Ballarat, Canberra or Merimbula). There will be a small fee for distances beyond this and also a small fee for a wedding rehearsal if you require one.
To secure your booking you will need to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit. The balance of your fee is due 30 days prior to your ceremony.
