​From wedding ceremonies with just the legal elements, to personalised wedding ceremonies with poetry and special touches like a hand fasting or sand ceremony, or anything in between!

Let's Get Started!

1. ​Check Your Date. The first thing you need to do is get in touch and see if I'm available for your date (give me a call or fill in the form below). 
2. We'll catch up, either in person or via Zoom or FaceTime (which ever works best for you). We'll have an initial chat about your wedding and what you want for your ceremony. Then, if you wish to proceed with your booking we'll start your paperwork and I'll send you an invoice.  
3. Pay Your Booking Fee. To secure your ceremony date and time you need to pay a $200 non-refundable booking/administration fee. ​The balance of your fee is due no later than 14 days prior to your ceremony. We then arrange to -
4. Complete your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). ​To complete your NOIM you'll need to provide evidence of your date and place of birth and verify your identity. These documents are preferably your birth certificate and drivers licence or your passport. If either of you have been previously married I also need to see evidence of the finalisation of marriage (divorce or if applicable death certificate for previous spouse). If it's easier or you're interstate we can also complete your NOIM via Zoom or FaceTime. 
5. Relax. I work closely with you to create a ceremony which reflects the things that are important to you and I guide you every step of the way.​ ​​

My fee includes:

You deserve and will always have my undivided attention for your wedding.
​You will be my exclusive client on your special day!  ​

It also includes:

• Support through the entire process: I support you via phone and/or email through the entire process to answer any questions and prepare your wedding ceremony. 
• All meetings: we'll meet in person or via video as many times as we need, to ensure that your legal paperwork is completed.  
• Help with writing personal vows or choosing readings, poems or music: I can give you some resources and ideas if you need help with writing personal vows or choosing readings, poems or music. 
• Travel up to a total of 75kms. This includes all travel incurred for any meetings, rehearsal, as well as to and from the venue on the day of your wedding. 
• Any additional mileage over 75kms will incur an extra charge of $1.50 per kilometre. This amount covers both fuel and my additional travel time, accommodation fees may also apply. 
• A great quality PA and microphone for use during your ceremony: during your ceremony we'll use my Bose PA and Sennheiser e835 microphone, and I also have a signing table if you need one.
